About the Survey
As a way to provide you with more personalized services related to mentoring, internships, social networking and events, please take a few minutes to fill out our customized alum-specific survey. We've designed it not only to gather your input, but also to take your responses and direct you toward useful resources.

How to Take It
 To take the survey, please visit the Survey page.
  • If you currently have an active Northwestern NetID, you can use this to login.
  • If you don't have a NetID but we do have your e-mail on record, use the e-mail address  (and the password we've provided) to log in.
  • Forgotten your password or want to reset it? Click here!
  • If we don't have an e-mail address for you in our records, please contact us so we can give you access and  update our records.

What Happens Next?
Your survey answers can be seen only by one of our alumni specialists. Answering survey questions leads to the following responses:

  1. If you express interest in attending alumni-related events, we will be able to contact you to send notification of an upcoming event.

  2. For functions handled by the Northwestern Alumni Association, your answer will alert the appropriate alumni representative to contact you.

  3. When you complete the survey, you will receive helpful links to alumni services provided by either SESP or the Northwestern Alumni Association.

  4. Your input will help improve our existing services and decide which new ones to offer. (You are also free to use our Feedback form at any time!)
