Registration

Current MSEd students may register for MSEd, teacher education and Northwestern undergraduate courses through CAESAR (Computer Assisted Electronic Student Activated Registration). In some cases, department consent is required for registration. Please call the appropriate department for permission numbers that will allow you to then register through CAESAR.

Current students requesting School of Continuing Studies courses must fill out an "Authorization for Dual Registration" form. This form is available in the MSEd program office or the registrar's office at 633 Clark (click here to see a map). Once completed, the form should be returned to the MSEd program manager's office, Annenberg Hall, room 114.

Current students interested in registering for courses at the Kellogg School of Management must fill out a Kellogg "Course Request" from, also available in the MSEd program office or at the Kellogg School. Once completed, the form shouldbe turned in to the MSEd program manager's office, Annenberg Hall, room 114. Please note that the Kellogg "Course Request" form may also be faxed to the MSEd office at 847/467-2495, attention MSEd program manager.

New students should speak with their advisers about courses. Once new students have spoken to their advisers, course requests should be e-mailed to the MSEd Program Manager. Please make sure to include your full name, your social security number, the course title, and the course and section numbers.

Join us for conversation and discussion about the Master of Science in Education Program. This is an informal opportunity to ask questions, gather information, and meet members of the MSEd community.
