Help desk ticket service allows you direct communication with the IT team, to ensure your issue is resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
The IT team at the School of Education and Social Policy exists to support the research, instruction and administration of the school. We support desktop computers, servers, technology-enabled learning spaces, and a host of other services and devices. We work with NUIT to tailor the central University IT offerings to the needs of our faculty and staff. And most importantly, we are here to help you with your technology needs.
Instructional Technology Resources
The Instructional Technology Resource site hosts a variety of resources and documentation to help you integrate technology into your courses. In addition to suggestions for using both synchronous and asynchronous technologies, you can find guidelines and FAQ's for using Canvas and the smart classrooms in Annenberg.

The School of Education and Social Policy provides all faculty and staff with a Box account to store, share, and access your files online.

These forms are essential to making sure a new hire receives everything he or she needs in a timely fashion, as well as ensuring that the offboarding process takes place efficiently. Link to SESP forms for new employees and offboarding.
Printing, Copying, Scanning
Printing, copying and scanning services are available to all faculty and staff. Access to these functions is controlled via NetID authentication. Login instructions are posted at each unit.
There are two multifunction devices available on each floor in Annenberg Hall with office space. On the first floor the units are located in room 116 and room 143. On the second floor they are located outside offices 217 and 238. On the third floor they are located in room 322.
All multifunction units offer the same functionality including duplex printing, collating, stapling and scanning to e-mail.
The School of Education and Social Policy does charge for prints and copies at a comparable, or slightly higher, rate to external services. The copiers are not considered "high-volume" machines; if you have a large print or copy job, it is recommended that you send it out to an external printer, such as Quartet or Kinkos.
