Visit Us!
All prospective students interested in the LSMA program are encouraged to attend the open house or arrange for an individual visit.
Individual Visits
Propsective applicants are invited to visit campus at any time during the year to meet with the LSMA staff, current students and faculty, or attend a Learning Sciences lecture. Contact Megan Redfearn directly at m-redfearn@northwestern.edu to arrange a visit and learn more about the program.
Open House
Admitted and prospective students are invited to spend the day at the School of Education and Social Policy. Visitors will:
- Attend an information session with the academic director and dean
- Meet several of the LS faculty and learn about their research and master's project opportuntiies
- Share lunch with alumni to learn more about the program experience and varied career options
- Tour the lakefront campus (optional)
- Spend a social evening in Evanston with current students.
Those who have been admitted to the program by April 10 will receive reimbursement up to $200 for travel expenses. It's not too late — begin your application today.
