MSLOC’s Knowledge Lens

MSLOC’s Knowledge Lens

By Jeff Merrell
Today we launch a new look for MSLOC’s website home and for The Knowledge Lens, our forum for sharing thought leadership on learning and organizational change.

In The Knowledge Lens you will see articles from students, faculty and alumni exploring issues related to our work in organizational learning, change, leadership and knowledge management. Some articles will focus deeply on a topic emerging from one of these disciplines; others will synthesize thinking from across our fields of study. But all will provide thoughtful reflections designed to connect concept and practice.

With the new look, we are also encouraging readers of The Knowledge Lens to be part of the dialogue:
  • Each article includes a comments section where we will publish relevant and constructive commentary submitted by readers.
  • Share articles with your social network. Use the hashtag #MSLOC and we’ll connect you with the conversation across our own social network.
  • Follow us on Twitter at @NU_MSLOC or join the Center for Learning & Organizational Change LinkedIn group to share your thoughts and connect with other learning and organizational change practitioners.
What’s next?

What you see in The Knowledge Lens this week is a small sampling. We’ll be adding to The Knowledge Lens regularly this month - so check back for more.
