Georgia Del Freo (MSLOC Student) recently was promoted to Associate Vice President of Operations at the Greater Erie Community Action Committee (GECAC), a social service agency focused on anti-poverty initiatives. In her 12 years working at GECAC, Georgia has developed extensive knowledge in community assessment and program development. This knowledge and the organizational change knowledge she has gained since joining MSLOC in Spring 2011 will be invaluable in her new position where she is responsible for assisting with managing all aspects of organizational operations.
Amy Collins (MSLOC 2011) recently joined Priceline.com as the Director of Learning & Development. In this newly created position, Amy is responsible for identifying development needs, designing and delivering core training curricula, and overseeing company-wide talent management initiatives from inception. Amy's MSLOC Capstone research project, focused on the development of emotional intelligence in leaders, ties nicely into her work at Priceline.com.
Sara Levinson (MSLOC 2010) started with ICNet Systems as a Training and Support Specialist in September 2012. ICNet is a leading healthcare software provider dedicated to improving patient safety, improving healthcare worker efficiencies and delivering cost effective innovative products. Sara does software training and support. She has also been using her MSLOC degree to create a knowledge management system, create a strategy for eLearning and build a culture of evaluation for the installation and delivery process. Her capstone topic was about the intersection of evaluation into organizational change.
Lucy Gee (MSLOC 2012) recently joined SmithBucklin, an Association Management Services Company, as the Senior Manager of Talent Development. She is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of talent development, the management of corporate learning and development activities, and change management. Lucy's MSLOC Capstone research project focused on employee empowerment and what methods are successful across various work populations.
Nicole Haris (MSLOC 2010) joined McDonald's Corporation as Manager of Global HR Design in February 2012. Nicole, who was introduced to McDonald's Corporation through her MSLOC Practicum, is responsible for creating global frameworks and solutions that impact employee engagement at the restaurant level and knowledge sharing within the Global HR Community. Nicole's MSLOC Capstone research focused on how to leverage informal leaders in organizational change.
