Biography
Cassandra “Cassie” Hart, a student in the Human Development and Social Policy program, received her undergraduate degree in international relations at Georgetown University and her master’s in public policy at the University of Chicago. Her research interests include school competition policies, school accountability, and education for disadvantaged youth.  David Figlio is her advisor.
