Biography
Prior to beginning graduate study, James earned a bachelor's degree in economics at Boston College, then worked as an economic consultant and as a research analyst on a mixed-methods study of educational leadership. His research interests include experimental design, program evaluation, survey design, and measurement of emergent and organization-level characteristics.  James is currently an assistant professor at University of Texas at Austin, College of Education, Department of Educational Psychology.
