Kellogg Course Request
Policy
Some Higher Education Administration and Policy students may wish to take a graduate course offered by the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. If wish to take a Kellogg course, you will need to complete a special request form. Approval or denial of such a course request is in the hands of the Kellogg Registrar. Please submit the completed Kellogg Course Request form directly to the Kellogg Registrar (fax: 847-467-4077).
Please meet with your advisor to discuss your intentions prior to submitting your course request to Kellogg.
