Aaron Olson

Aaron Olson (MSLOC Faculty & SESP MS Organization Development and Workplace Learning 1998) was promoted in September 2012 to Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management at Aon Corporation. In his new role, Aaron leads a team accountable for internal programs regarding performance management, leadership development and diversity supporting Aon's 62,000 employees worldwide. This follows Aaron's work for the last two years on post-merger integration activities following Aon's merger with Hewitt Associates in 2010. His areas of expertise and interest include talent strategy, leadership development, executive succession, corporate university governance, and action learning.

Aaron’s team at Aon won the 2012 Brandon Hall Excellence Award for Best Integration of Learning and Talent Management for their Unmatched Talent Initiative.

Aaron teaches the MSLOC Leading with Strategic Thinking course.


Kami Bond

Kami Bond (MSLOC 2010) started work at Aon with Aaron Olson in January 2013 as a Global Talent Leader. She is responsible for the Talent Management & Development strategy, including performance management, career progression, and learning & development for their global outsourcing businesses. Her MSLOC Capstone focused on utilizing the STEEP strategy & scenario planning tool as a framework for creating a talent development strategy, which has helped her provide a theoretical background to her work.


Jamie Allen

Jamie Allen (MSLOC student) was recently promoted at Illinois Tool Works (ITW) to Division HR Director for the Powertrain Plastics Division. In her leadership role, Jamie has ownership of the talent and HR operations for the $350 million division that spans 17 locations globally, with the majority of locations residing outside of North America. Jamie is scheduled to finish her MSLOC degree in December 2013.


Claudia Richman

Claudia Richman (MSLOC student) was recently named SVP, Regional Director of Operations at Digitas. In this role she oversees the Project Management, Client Operations and Casting teams for the Chicago and San Francisco offices. She will be augmenting her experience leading project management teams with real time applications of her MSLOC learning as she helps lead her organization through a period of growth and change.
