Lynne Bamford (MSLOC 2009) joined NorthShore University Health System as Chief Learning Officer on April 15. Lynne oversees leadership and professional development as well as technical training in electronic medical records. She brings to the role her passion for strategic talent development, human capital metrics, and of course, her change lens.
Bree Berman (MSLOC Student) will head Flint Hill School 's newly-formed Innovation Department beginning in Fall 2013. She will lead the Innovation Department, comprised of Technology Integration Specialists and Instructional Coaches, in functioning as Flint Hill's internal educational think-tank. Bree currently designs curriculum and professional development programming for Flint Hill. She holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and will graduate from the MSLOC program in March 2014.
Mala Sasikumar (MSLOC 2012) joined Accenture Management Consulting in March 2013 as a Consultant in the Talent & Organization Performance practice. Her functional specialties at Accenture include helping clients with Learning & Collaboration, Talent Management, Organizational Change, and HR Effectiveness initiatives. Mala's MSLOC Capstone research project focused on how organizations can practice talent management while undertaking high volume hiring.
