Biography
As MSLOC Program advisor, Terri Cramer is involved in helping students in a variety of ways, including the creation of an individualized curriculum plan, the selection of what courses to take, and coaching regarding academic and career goals. The advisor also serves as a “connector” to the numerous resources and services offered through Northwestern and MSLOC professional affiliations.

Terri's organizational knowledge and skills come from the diversity of experiences she had during her 22-year career with Eli Lilly and Company, a global Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company.

Terri has a master's degree in organization development from Loyola University Chicago.

Courses
MSLOC 460 Practicum The Practicum is designed for individuals or teams of degree students to complete a project for an organization that contributes to it’s strategic goals and that can be put into immediate development and use. The project may involve assessment, analysis, design, re-design, implementation and/or evaluation. MSLOC students may design a practicum at their place of work. They may also engage in practicum projects following an “external consultant” model in collaboration with organizational partners of the Center for Learning & Organizational Change. MSLOC Master’s students may choose to do a second practicum, which counts as an elective.
