The MSLOC program offers classroom experiences that feature a meaningful synergy of concept and practice. Our instruction is designed to set context, to feature significant theories and research results, and to delve into cases and applications that we reframe and analyze using the “LOC lens.” Students work on project teams to evaluate, design and implement interventions that address relevant organizational issues. The MSLOC learning experience is more than a lecture. You will be engaged in a collaborative process of learning that includes the sharing of personal insights and reflection from course assignments. |
