Senior Chelsea Correia won a fellowship with the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs for study in Los Angeles.

The University's Undergraduate Research Grant competition awarded Joe Curnow a grant to support presentation of her senior honors research at an international coffee conference. She was asked to present because of her leadership of a student fair trade network and her research in Brazil. All 14 senior honors students will present their research at a poster session from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on June 3 in Annenberg Hall.

Doctoral student Ravit Golan Duncan has accepted a position as assistant professor of education and biology at Rutgers University.

Junior Jonathan Marino was awarded a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship for study abroad.

Doctoral student Vandna Sinha won an Alumnae Dissertation Fellowship.

The National Institutes of Child Health and Development awarded a graduate research assistant grant to doctoral student Angela Valdovinos. This $274,924 grant is a sub-award to Professor Lindsay Chase-Lansdale's grant from NIH-Johns Hopkins University, "Welfare Reform and the Well-Being of Children."
