Barbara Smith Wynne (BS55) of Indianapolis, a magazine publisher, community leader and child advocate, is the recipient of the 2008 Northwestern University Alumni Association Alumni Merit Award for SESP.

The Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) program offers a new scheduling option for the Certificate in Strategic Change Management that combines online learning with campus coursework.

SESP faculty and staff developed a new educational web site, MyOncofertility.org, to provide information, support and inspiration for young cancer patients.

Even before classes start on September 23, Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy has a busy week of orientation activities, including an All-School Ice Cream Social on September 26.
