How do the design and space of a workplace affect an organization's culture? The Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) program is co-hosting an expert panel to discuss "Space Matters," with an emphasis on how space can change a culture.
This Innovator Lecture Series event will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on May 7 at Catalyst Ranch, 656 W. Randolph Street in Chicago. The event is open to all who want to attend, with preregistration and a fee of $5 for current MSLOC students and $20 for all others. Individuals unable to attend in person are encouraged to participate virtually via live webinar, starting at 8 a.m. Catalyst Ranch and the Center for Learning and Organizational Change (CLOC) are co-hosting the event with MSLOC.
Over the past few decades, organizational development experts, sociologists, psychologists and others have realized the importance of space design in supporting employee engagement. Much has been learned about transforming cultures in such a way as to increase organizational performance.
