Biography

Malayna is an assistant professor in Curriculum & Instruction and Literacy Studies at West Virginia University. Her interests include teacher education, cognitive foundations of reading, and cultural contexts of literary identity. She teaches courses on reading in the content areas, diversity, curriculum and cognition.
