Strategy, Planning, and Product Development at YMCA
Instructor, MS in Learning and Organizational Change Program

Terrence Roche is a Director in the Heath Division at YMCA of the USA, the national office for the largest nonprofit in the U.S. Terrence leads two groups, one developing new programs and products, and one executing quality improvement efforts. He and his team support the national dissemination of Y-led evidence-based programs and their integration into health care systems to maximize health outcomes and cost-efficiency for patients, health care providers, and payors. This position builds upon Terrence’s decade of experience with the Y, where he previously led the scaling, evaluation, and fundraising operations of several national organizational and community change initiatives that continue to help hundreds of Ys adopt proven sustainable strategies to positively impact the health of their communities. Terrence is a decorated veteran who served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps with an overseas deployment supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. He also was an Advanced General Manager at Cintas Corporation.
