Biography
Susan Barrett Kelly is an independent human resources consultant and coach who partners with people, teams and organizations to go from where they are to where they want to be. With more than 20 years of experience in training, human resources and organization development, she has worked with clients in local, regional and global organizations. Kelly began her career in sales with Kraft Foods with responsibility for retailer accounts. Her first human resources assignment was as sales training manager at Kraft, followed by subsequent progressive responsibilities culminating in the senior director of organization development for North America. She founded SBK & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in development for people, teams and organizations in 2011. Susan received a MS in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, an MBA from Roosevelt University and a BS from Kent State University. She is certified in several established leader and team development instruments, including Benchmarks, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Lominger Voices, Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, Prosci Change Management and TMS Americas Team Management System.
