Biography

Debra Mazloff brings both professional and academic expertise in organizational change, communication studies, and organizational strategy and design. Currently Debra is a Senior HR Business Consultant at Invesco, a global asset management company. Debra works across Invesco on organization design and operating model projects as well as strategic change.

Prior to her role at Invesco, Debra as a Director in PwC's People and Organization practice focusing on the financial services sector. She was also the Assistant Vice President of Change Management at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company where she led strategic change initiatives transforming the organization from a niche insurance carrier to a top 10 carrier. Prior to joining Fireman's Fund, Debra consulted with a number of firms including IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mercer. As a consultant, she designed and executed change management strategies for clients going through enterprise-wide change. In addition, she helped companies redesign their organizations as a result of mergers and acquisitions as well as to support new strategic direction. Prior to consulting, Debra was an Assistant Professor of Communication Studies, both teaching and publishing in the areas of organization and interpersonal communication.
