BiographyOlivia Healy is a second-year doctoral student in Human Development and Social Policy. She has a background in applied economics and is interested the effects of social policy on families and children. Specifically, her research focuses on early child education policies and their consequences for children's development and parents' economic stability. Previously, Olivia worked as a research associate at the Urban Institute where she studied a range of social service programs, including child care subsidies, Head Start, and home visiting. She received her B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
