BiographyLok-Sze Wong is a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern University. Her research interests are at the intersection of poverty and schooling, specifically efforts to improve instruction and its management through systemic reforms. Currently, she is studying practitioners’ professional learning opportunities within efforts to implement system reforms, such as MTSS/RtI. She also studies organizational learning in schools, districts, and other educational organizations. Lok-Sze received her Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership from the University of Michigan.
