Adviser, Learning & Organizational Change (Classes of 2018 and 2019)
Academic Adviser, Learning Sciences Master's Program
Caitlin Burnett grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and has been a Wildcat since she moved into North Mid-Quads her freshman year. She completed her undergraduate work in Medill and her master’s degree in the School of Education and Social Policy. Her time in higher education has provided her with lots of opportunity to work closely with students. As an undergraduate admission director, she recruited prospective students and ran the campus tour guide program. During her time at the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship, she advised a student group devoted to entrepreneurship and the Center’s academic programs. She says, "Now in SESP, I have the privilege of advising the Learning and Organizational Change classes of 2018 and 2019, the new undergraduate Learning Sciences concentration and the MA in Learning Sciences students." Caitlin lives in Evanston with her husband (also a Northwestern alum — go ‘Cats!) and her dog, Bailey. She spends lots of time outside as well as traveling and cooking.
