Biography

Lisa Metzger-Mugg joined Northwestern in February 2008 and since fall 2014 has served as the Chief of Staff to the Executive Vice President (EVP). In her role, she coordinates strategic planning for key initiatives across the division, oversees planning for Board of Trustees committees, and is responsible for the divisional budget, financial management and resource allocation. Prior to Northwestern, she was the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation at City Colleges of Chicago District Office and Assessment Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University. She teaches in the Master’s Research Project sequence.
