Leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice in Organizations

Leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice in Organizations

This capstone course for LEIOC will take everything you've learned in the last three quarters and give you an opportunity to practice your skills and critical knowledge of DEIJ work. During the quarter, you will gain an understanding of components which are adjacent to DEIJ work, including: talent management, leadership development, and employee/business resource group deployment. You will use MSLOC discovery and design practices to finalize your DEIJ design case. By the end of the quarter, you will have a "playbook" of tools to take away which will enable you to lead DEIJ change initiatives in future organizations.
