Stephanie Waite

After graduating in June 2013, Stephanie Waite joined Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago as the Manager of Organizational Development and Physician Services. In this newly created position she is responsible for developing leadership development and change management systems and strategies - specifically, developing leadership curriculum, providing internal consulting and coaching for organizational development initiatives and providing engagement and onboarding services to physicians. Prior to starting this full-time position, Stephanie worked as a consultant for the hospital’s Organizational Development department.

Carrie Gibson

After graduating in June 2013, Carrie Gibson joined Motorola Solutions as an HR Specialist. She leads initiatives to drive strategic change within the organization's HR department. She is a dedicated OD practitioner and she has a passion for helping organizations succeed by leveraging the talent of their workforce. During her time in the MSLOC program, Carrie was an intern at Motorola Solutions where she developed and led change plans for some of the organization’s large-scale HR changes. She also did project work for BPI Group and was a teaching assistant for the School of Education and Social Policy's Learning and Organizational Change Program. Kourtney Cockrell

Kourtney Cockrell (MSLOC Student) joined the Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) team at Northwestern University in July 2013 as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and Resources. She was formerly managing Project EXCITE through the Center for Talent Development at Northwestern, a program focused on closing the achievement gap in Evanston, Illinois. Kourtney has expertise in nonprofit management, education, diversity recruiting, alumni relations, organizational change, workshop facilitation, and volunteer management. Her new role with ARD at Northwestern will focus on building a diversity and inclusion initiative as well as attracting the best and the brightest to Northwestern’s ARD Team. Kourtney has worked in the nonprofit sector with the Posse Foundation and spent time as a diversity recruiter for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as with McMaster-Carr Industrial Supply Company.

Jessica Riley

Jessica Riley (MSLOC Student) recently joined Ernst & Young, LLP (EY) as a Senior Consultant within EY's Advisory Service, Performance Improvement | People & Organizational Change practice. As an experienced senior management consultant, Jessica has extensive experience designing and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives that have resulted in organization change readiness, capability and capacity specifically within the healthcare and insurance sectors.
