Heather Daigle

Heather Daigle Xu (MSLOC 2009) was recently promoted to Manager of People & Change at KPMG Advisory. In her work as a management consultant, Heather leads teams in delivering change management and talent management services to clients, builds practice methodologies and toolkits, and engages in new business development pursuits. Heather is passionate about equipping and empowering employees in the workplace. Her MSLOC Capstone research explored intercultural differences in intrinsic motivation in response to performance feedback.

Michelle VanDeventer

Michelle VanDeventer (MSLOC 2010) recently joined CNA as an internal Consultant of Organizational Change Management, where she is developing and implementing change management plans that enable the adoption of new ways of thinking, new behaviors, new business processes, and new technology systems. In this role, she is focused on driving achievement of program goals and business outcomes. Michelle's MSLOC Capstone research project focused on organizational culture and leadership influence on the adoption of transformational change.

Becky Schneider

Becky Schneider (MSLOC 2012) recently was promoted within Cargill, Inc, to an Associate within the Strategy and Business Development team. In her work, she will focus on Cargill's overall growth strategy by way of M&A deals and assisting Cargill's global business units in the development of their strategies. Her background as a change management consultant brings a needed perspective to business integration and strategy execution.

Diane Knoepke

Diane Knoepke (MSLOC student) was promoted to Director at Mission Measurement during summer 2013. In her role, Diane leads client teams in measurement, evaluation and strategy projects to help nonprofit, foundation and government clients to drive greater social impact. Also, Diane recently became a member of the Northwestern University Council of One Hundred. The members of the Council of One Hundred are leaders in their chosen professions who serve as career and life advisors and mentors to Northwestern students and young alumnae.
