Prerequisites
Prior to starting MSLOC 420 (as part of your MSLOC orientation), you will complete the Hogan Assessments Leadership Forecast Series of assessments and meet with an MSLOC Coach to debrief your assessment results. With guidance from your coach, you will develop an Individual Learning Plan that articulates your customized learning objectives and will help you gain the most from your learning experiences.
