Accelerating Learning & Performance

Accelerating Learning & Performance

This course offers an introduction to how individuals learn and change, with a particular emphasis on improving individual effectiveness in the workplace. You will use coaching and developmental tools such as the four-column Immunity Map, project pre-mortems, and the “Reflected Best Self” exercise. You will also study the dimensions that foster learning in organizations and specific ways you might lead development processes as an “internal” coach or practitioner.
