Job Summary:

The School of Education and Social Policy (SESP) is recruiting for a friendly, energetic, professional who loves to manage the details.  The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and project support in the SESP Office of the Dean, reporting to the Associate Dean and providing significant support to the Executive Assistant to the Dean. 

This position coordinates administrative processes and prioritizes, directs, and responds to business matters involving administrative functions associated with education, research, and/or operations. The Administrative Assistant creates and maintains associated documents, spreadsheets, databases, meetings, special events, etc. and alerts supervisor of critical issues and upcoming events.
