The Project Coordinator Talent 2 manages planning, implementation, and day-to-day operations of a program in the Center for Talent Development (CTD). Responsibilities include program promotion, student recruitment, personnel management, etc. Primarily assigned to a particular program(s). These programs include the various Summer Programs, the Weekend Enrichment Program (WEP), CTD Online, and the Civic Education Program. Primary assignment may shift based on program needs.

Responsibilities include program promotion, student recruitment, personnel management, etc. Primarily assigned to a particular program(s). These programs include the various Summer Programs, the Weekend Enrichment Program (WEP), CTD Online, and the Civic Education Program. Primary assignment may shift based on program needs.
Please note: Position schedule varies throughout the year. CTD Weekend personnel work at least 18 weekend days during the academic year, with a day off during the week to compensate. CTD Summer personnel may work holidays in June and July, with a day off after the program is complete to compensate. When the program is not in session, the schedule is a M-F business day schedule. Position requires periodic occasional attendance at off-hours meetings, conferences, and events, as well as travel.
