Stephen Dowling served as a CTD teaching assistant, instructor, and academic director before joining the full-time summer program staff in 2015. A high school classroom teacher for five years, including three years at a boarding school, he brings to his role a wide array of skills and experiences in both academic and residential settings. As a public speaker, Stephen has given invited talks on curriculum and instruction at the Wisconsin State Music Conference, the national in-service conference for the National Association for Music Education, and the 2014 TEDxNorthwestern conference.
