Over 100 employers come to us each year to attract talent to fill open full-time positions and recruit participants for graduate internship and rotational leadership programs.

The Northwestern MSLOC network extends across the globe, and we design our learning experiences to equip leaders to face complex, cross-cultural organizational challenges.

  • Facilitated connections with recruiters, alumni, current students, and organizational partners to aid students and alumni in job searches

  • Program Advisors are available year-round for appointments with students and alumni
  • Services include: career coaching; resume editing and assistance; mock interviews; networking strategy; offer negotiation counsel

Networking and Organization Partnerships

  • Full-time positions, internships, and contract opportunities are offered year-round by alums, recruiters, organizational partners, and fellow students
  • In 2022, through our MSLOC Meetup program alone, our Career Services team facilitated 245 student + alumni matches based on the student’s individual career and networking goals, prompting each pair to meet for an informational interview
  • Always-on student and alumni networking support via MSLOC community platform (“The Hive”) and private community LinkedIn group
