All Northwestern University freshmen, sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply to the Civic Engagement Certificate Program. An application form is submitted to Nathan Frideres, the coordinator of the program, at 120 Annenberg Hall. Students should demonstrate an interest in civic engagement, some experience with service and an ability to complete the program over two consecutive years. The deadline for applying to the program, which begins in winter quarter, is in late November each year.
