This web page contains important information for students and their family members as they plan for our school's convocation ceremony. A mailing with additional information will be sent to students at their Evanston/Chicago mailing address (as opposed to their permanent mailing address) in late March. The timeline below will provide you with information to help you make plans.

Change of Date: Ticket Information, including the number of tickets, will be e-mailed to all graduates on Wednesday, April 30, after noon.
IMPORTANT DATES
March 21 - SESP Leadership Award details announced.
March 25 - Mailing to students with full details about the convocation program. Students must check on CAESAR to make sure that their current mailing address is correct.
March 28 - Student satisfaction survey available for students to complete. At the end of the survey will be the form to request tickets for the ceremony. Each graduate is guaranteed four tickets (graduates do not need a ticket for themselves). Additional tickets may be requested.
April 11 - SESP Leadership Award application due.
April 18 - Deadline to complete the satisfaction survey and request tickets.
April 30 - Students informed of the number of tickets that they will receive.
June 2 - Post-graduate plans survey available for students to complete.
June 9 - Tickets available. Students must complete the post-graduate plans survey in order to pick up their tickets.
June 18 - SESP Convocation rehearsal and BBQ - 10:30 a.m. at Deering Library. Students will be finished by 12:30 p.m.
June 20 (Friday) - University Commencement at 6 p.m. at Ryan Field.

June 21 (Saturday) - SESP Convocation at 9 a.m. at Cahn Auditorium. Graduate line-up and group photo is at 8 a.m. at Deering Library. Doors to Cahn open for guests at 8:30 a.m. The ceremony lasts from 9 a.m. until approximately 10:30 a.m. Reception follows at Deering Library.
- 8 a.m. - Graduates line up at Deering Library
- 8:30 a.m. - Doors to Cahn Auditorium open for guests
- 11 a.m. - Reception following the ceremony at Deering Library
