Ticketing
All SESP graduates will receive 10 tickets for guests to attend both the Commencement and the convocation ceremonies. Please visit the Commencement website for more ticketing information.
Parking
For the SESP Convocation, the North Campus Parking Garage (#105 on the Northwestern Parking map) is the closest option near our venue.

FAQs
Commencement is the University-wide ceremony where the graduating class is recognized. Graduates enter and exit by school. During the ceremony, students, faculty, and guest speakers address graduates and their families. Individual undergraduate and master’s graduates are not recognized at University Commencement. For the class of 2023, this event takes place at 9 a.m. Monday, June 12, at Ryan Field.
Individual schools at Northwestern host convocations. Students are recognized as they walk across the stage at their school’s convocation ceremony. For SESP graduates, this event takes place at 2:30 p.m. Monday, June 12 at Ryan Field House.
Visit the commencement website to learn more about regalia ordering. All graduates are expected to have regalia to participate in the ceremonies. Graduates must bring their regalia to the ceremony (it will not be available on site the day of the event).
Graduates can request their allotted 10 guest tickets through the link sent out by the Graduation Office on March 21. If you have not received this link, please contact the Graduation Office.
