Partnership with Center for Creative Leadership Provides Improved Access to 360 Assessment Tools
Northwestern MSLOC and ELOC community members—coaches, consultants, talent managers, and more—now have the benefit of immediate and ongoing access to Benchmarks 360 leadership assessment products at a preferential rate, courtesy of a new partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). CCL has been researching leadership assessment and development for more than five decades, one of many reasons Northwestern MSLOC and ELOC are now partnering with CCL on this performance tool.
Dr. Michelle Albaugh, associate director of coaching for Northwestern MSLOC and ELOC, shared, “A hallmark of coaching education at Northwestern is our focus on tailoring coaching strategies specifically for organizational contexts. Partnering with CCL aligns with our dedication to effecting positive change within organizations. Through this partnership, the Northwestern MSLOC and ELOC communities join a global network of individuals and organizations using CCL assessment products, setting a foundation for greater learning and practice exchange opportunities amongst users.
