James Ward, Senior Program Coordinator
James joined our MSLOC/ELOC Department in September 2022 as a Senior Program Coordinator. In this role, James provides primary management of processes and systems for recruitment, admissions, and enrollment. He serves as our Salesforce Administrator and is responsible for operational oversight and optimal performance of the Salesforce CRM and associated managed packages, including Pardot and Enrollment Rx, and all other peripheral applications and integrations, such as Hive and Canvas.
passion for service and community led him to work in the education and nonprofit space. He’s also co-founded Homeless to Higher Ed; a nonprofit which aimed to normalize the collegiate experience for homeless and aged-out foster youth. He earned his B.A. from Howard University.
