"At SESP, we emphasize that teamwork and collaboration are vital to great leadership in every domain,” said SESP Dean David Figlio. “So I’m never surprised – but always delighted – that athletes gravitate to our School, where they learn how to apply lessons from the playing field to change lives and organizations for the better.”

Eight Northwestern sports are eligible for spring awards. To be eligible for an Academic All-Big Ten selection, student-athletes must be letterwinners in at least their second academic year at their institution carrying a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
