
If you are an experienced professional not looking for a full degree but still seeking the rigor of a graduate academic program, graduate certificate options from the Master's Program in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) will meet your need to build specialized expertise without investing in an entire master’s program.
Graduate certificate program courses are offered in hybrid schedule format. You attend the same classes as master's degree students, and credits count toward meeting MSLOC degree requirements if you later choose to apply and are admitted to the full-degree program while you are a certificate candidate.
The hybrid schedule option combines distance learning with on-campus classroom meetings delivered in full-day sessions over consecutive days. Each on-campus session is two and a half days in duration.

Graduate Certificate in Strategic Change Management
The Strategic Change Management Certificate is a good choice for working professionals who wish to deepen their understanding of organizational change and how to apply innovative approaches – including social network analysis -- to effect change.
You will explore the nature of organizational change and how to design successful strategic change efforts. You will also look deeply at the theory and practices behind learning, human performance and social networks in organizational settings – all of which provide levers for leading and managing change. Finally, you will learn consulting methods and tools that will help you be a more effective change leader.
